WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”) is entered into by the participant, or the participant’s parent or legal guardian if the participant is under the age of 19, in favor of Whee Indoor Entertaining Inc., operating as Whee Indoor Games, located at 71 O’Leary Ave., St. John’s, NL, Canada (“Whee Indoor Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By signing this Waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Participation in activities at Whee Indoor Games involves physical movement, limited lighting, and the use of interactive electronic game equipment. Potential risks include slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, or other injuries. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

2. You confirm that you and/or your child(ren) are physically capable of participating and will stop immediately if feeling unsafe.

3. Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for minors under 19. Children aged 6–10 must be supervised at all times.

4. All participants must follow safety rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Whee Indoor Games and Whee Indoor Entertaining Inc. from all claims arising from participation, including those caused by negligence.

6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whee Indoor Games from claims arising from your actions or those of minors under your supervision.

7. You grant permission for photos or videos to be used for promotional purposes unless you notify staff in writing.

8. Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.

9. This Waiver is governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

By signing, you confirm you understand and accept this Waiver.
