  • By allowing a child to participate in activities, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf.

2. Bookings, Reservations, and Parties

  • All bookings, party reservations, and event bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and confirmation is issued.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced play time without refund.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors supported by Wix.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the service or booking type.

  • Party bookings and special events may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation timelines.

  • Missed bookings, no-shows, or early departures are not refundable.

  • Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Facility Rules and Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Guests must follow all posted rules, instructions from staff, and safety guidelines.

  • Disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the facility without refund if rules are violated.

  • Socks or appropriate footwear may be required in certain play areas.

6. Health and Safety

  • Participation in activities is at your own risk.

  • Guests must assess their own physical condition and suitability for participation.

  • Individuals who are ill, injured, or have conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity should not participate.

  • Whee Indoor Games is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow rules.

7. Waiver and Release of Liability

By entering the facility or participating in activities, you agree to:

  • Release and hold harmless Whee Indoor Games and Whee Indoor Entertaining Inc. from liability for injuries, accidents, or losses, except where prohibited by law.

  • Accept responsibility for any damage caused by yourself or minors under your supervision.

Separate physical or digital waivers may be required before participation.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Personal items are brought into the facility at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Photography and Media

  • We may take photographs or videos within the facility for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • By entering the facility, you consent to such use unless you notify staff in advance.

  • Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise restricted.
