Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, party reservations, and purchases made through Whee Indoor Games, operated by Whee Indoor Entertaining Inc., located at 71 O’Leary Ave., St. John’s, NL, Canada.

By making a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Whee Indoor Games, except where required by law.

  • Policies may vary for different services, promotions, or special events.

2. General Admission & Play Sessions

  • Unused time, late arrivals, or early departures are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • If Whee Indoor Games must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

3. Party Bookings & Private Events

  • Party and private event bookings may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

  • Approved cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or store credit, at our discretion.

4. Cancellations by Whee Indoor Games

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Facility issues

  • Weather or utility outages

  • Other circumstances beyond our control In such cases, customers will be offered:

    • A rescheduled booking, or

    • A refund to the original payment method

5. Memberships, Passes, and Promotions

  • Memberships, multi-visit passes, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiration dates apply and will not be extended except at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Transaction or processing fees are non-refundable.

7. General Admission Changes & Rescheduling

  • Requests to change or reschedule bookings must be made as early as possible.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.

  • Changes must be requested at least 3 hours before the scheduled session time.

  • Requests made within 3 hours of the session time will be treated as a late change, and any deposit paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply if pricing has changed.​

8. Party Changes &

 

Rescheduling

  • Requests to change or reschedule party bookings must be made as early as possible.

  • Rescheduling more than 7 days in advance: Free (subject to availability)

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of your event: $50 rescheduling fee applies

  • All changes are subject to availability and pricing differences

9. No Exceptions for Personal Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted for:

  • Change of plans

  • Weather conditions not affecting facility operations

  • Personal emergencies

  • Illness or no-shows

(Except where required by law.)
