Group size: minimum 2 guests and maximum 5 guests.

The minimum age to participate in Whee Indoor Games is 6 years old. Please note that our games are designed primarily for adults and children aged 10 and above, and some activities may be challenging for younger children.

Each session lasts 75 minutes.

Age Guidelines

  • Recommended for ages 10 and up

  • Children aged 6–10 are welcome with parent or guardian supervision

  • Some game rooms may have minimum age, height, or ability requirements​

Booking & Payment Information

  • Availability is limited. Online booking is recommended to avoid long waits. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking

  • Pricing is per person, per session

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your reserved time to complete check-in.

  • Sessions run on schedule. Your booking will be held for 15 minutes after the start time. Late arrivals may lose part of their play time. If space is available, we will do our best to accommodate you, but extended time cannot be guaranteed.

  • Indoor shoes are required.​

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)​

  • All sales are final.

  • Unused time, late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Changes must be requested at least 3 hours before your session time.

  • Changes within 3 hours will result in the loss of deposit (non-refundable).

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Price differences may apply.

  • If Whee Indoor Games cancels due to safety or facility issues, you will receive a reschedule or full refund.
