Cancellation, refund and reschedule policy (Summary)
-All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed. -Missed sessions, late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable. Party Booking Terms & Conditions -A non-refundable deposit of $100 ($86.96 + HST) is required to reserve your party booking. -The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. -Parties with fewer participants than included in the package will still be charged the full package price. -The final price may change if additional participants and add-ons are added to the party. -Please note that we do not offer private party rooms. Parties will be accommodated in our lobby seating area. -Party packages may be changed up to 7 days before the event date.
