Booking & Payment Information

-Availability is limited. Online booking is recommended to avoid long waits. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.
-A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking
-Pricing is per person, per session
-Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your reserved time to complete check-in.
-Indoor shoes are required.​

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

-All sales are final.
-Unused time, late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.
-Changes must be requested at least 3 hours before your session time.
-Changes within 3 hours will result in the loss of deposit (non-refundable).
-Rescheduling is subject to availability.
-Price differences may apply.
-If Whee Indoor Games cancels due to safety or facility issues, you will receive a reschedule or full refund.
